2. ZLD-A2 is an upgraded small, smart, higher efficiency, stable and wide range of applications filling and capping machine. Except for manual hanging pouches, other processes are automatic, such as sending pouches, sending caps, filling, capping, pouch unloading, counting, etc. It suits almost liquid, semi-liquid with different viscosities, such as drinking water; fruit flavor drinks, energetic drinks, fruit juice; jelly, grass jelly, ice pop; milk, mixing flavor yogurt; honey, sport gel; fruit jam, jam, tomato sauce, salad dressing; shampoo, laundry liquid, detergents; cooking oil. It suits to fill low and large viscosity liquid. It is an ideal choice for small and medium-sized enterprises.

1. It suits to screw normal frustum caps and has 2 groups piston pumps(2 pump bodies *2 groups piston pumps ) . 
2. User-friendly design and visualization operation (Touch screen + PLC control system).
3. Horizontal transfer pouches. No pouch no filling; no cap no filling. Automatic capping.
4. Quick changeover to another pouch size and other shaped pouches.
5.  Automatic quantitative filling. It is good at feeding viscous fluid, paste and small particles (3*3*3mm).
6. Filling Accuracy≤±1%.
7. Simple, smart, small, stable, reliable and practical.
8. It adopts SUS 304 stainless steel material and food grade material.

10. Optional devices can be added as needed, such as

• • • Spout pouches hang rail to improve work efficiency.
    • Anti-drip filling valve to avoid dripping and spraying to the outside of the spout pouch and the machine.
    • Auxiliary Filling Device to avoid overflow during filling special for hard material pouch, the production contains foam, etc.
    • FFU (Fan filter unit) & HEPA (High-efficiency particulate air filter) to ensure that the inside of the machine is an aseptic airtight space.
    • UV sterilizer unit to sterilize the spout pouches and caps.
    • Rinse spout device to rinse the outside of the spout between filling and capping automatically.
    • Conveyor can deliver finished products automatically.
    • TIG (Tungsten Inert Argon Gas) Welding process can ensure that there are no cleaning dead corners inside the pipeline.It is particularly suitable for the feeding of milk, cheese sauce, yogurt, dairy, high-viscosity liquid.
    • SUS304 Pipes and piston pumps are changed to SUS316L is friendlier to dairy beverages, daily chemicals and acidic beverages.
    • HP-241B Hot ribbon coding machine can code spout pouches before filling such as production date, batch code, etc.
