Water RO treatment system

This series single-stage RO (reverse osmosis) water treatment systems (drinking water RO treatment systems) is a combination of water treatment equipment and processes designed for the high requirements of water quality in food and beverage (drink) production.

The beverage water treatment system can effectively eliminate the turbidity, organic compounds, iron, manganese, oxides, suspended solids, colloids, microbial contaminants, residual oxygen, ozone and various heavy metal ions of raw water through a series of process treatments such as pretreatment, membrane separation, disinfection, and post-treatment of raw water, and advanced water purification technology, and further reduce the hardness of water to obtain high-quality water that meets the requirements of food and beverage(drink) production.

• Pretreatment system, including quartz sand filtration; activated carbon filtration; softening treatment.
• Membrane separation system, including PP melt blown filter precision filtration; reverse osmosis (RO membrane).
• Ultraviolet disinfection system.
• Water storage and transportation system: raw water tank, purified water tank, transportation pipeline, pumps and valves, etc.
• Automated control system: including PLC (programmable logic controller) and HMI (human-machine interface) for real-time monitoring and control of production processes.
