ZLD-C filling and capping machine is a customized model, which can be designed and manufactured according to the liquid viscosity, chemical properties, filling temperature, and different requirements of customers.
We make naming combinations based on different option devices. Such as ZLD-A1C, ZLD-A2C, ZLD-B1C, ZLD-B2C filling and capping machine.
In view of the needs of customers in the past five years, the following optional devices are mainly provided.
Spout pouches hang rail. It is designed for for 2-slot spout. One hang rail can hang 50-55 spout pouches at a time. It can reduce the workload of the operator and improve work efficiency.
Auxiliary Filling Device. It squeezes and pulls the spout pouch body to avoid overflow during filling, such as hard material pouch (aluminum plastic film), the production contains foam, etc. It suits: 220mm > pouch height > 130mm.
Anti-drip filling valve. This design suits cheese sauce, yogurt, high-viscosity liquid. it can suck the excess back to the pipeline after filling, to avoid dripping and spraying to the outside of the spout pouch and the machine.
Aseptic filling (3-gear FFU & HEPA). FFU - Fan filter unit; HEPA - High-efficiency particulate air filter. Install this FFU on the top of the machine to ensure that the inside of the machine is an aseptic airtight space.
UV sterilizer unit. Two UV lamps are installed, which can sterilize the spout pouches and caps.
TIG (Tungsten Inert Argon Gas) Welding. Argon arc welding is a welding method that protects the welding area by filling it with argon gas during the welding process. Its basic principle is to use the inert nature of argon to form a protective gas shield over the welding area, effectively preventing oxygen and nitrogen in the air from entering the welding area. This ensures a more stable weld quality and improves the weld's resistance to oxidation and corrosion after welding. The welding processes of pipe fittings are particularly suitable for the feeding of milk, cheese sauce, yogurt, dairy, high-viscosity liquid. No cleaning dead Angle and no garbage.
SUS304 Pipes and piston pumps are changed to SUS316L. It is friendlier to dairy beverages, daily chemicals and acidic beverages.
Rinse spout device. Automatically rinse the outside of the spout between filling and capping.
1460*460*310mm Conveyor. Automatic delivery of finished products.
HP-241B Hot ribbon coding machine. Semi-auto coding spout pouches before filling, such as production date, batch code, etc.
