UHT sterilizer

Ultra-high temperature (UHT) instantaneous sterilizer for milk and beverages.  This automatic UHT sterilizer offers high-temperature sterilization (90-140°C) for extended shelf life, achieving aseptic processing.  
The UHT steriliser offers efficient continuous production with rapid sterilisation, high-quality results, versatility for various materials, and effective waste heat utilization.

• - Steam heating or electric (thermal oil) heating can be selected.
• - Mainly used for sterilizing fluid materials such as fresh milk, juice, beverages, etc.
• - Continuous production,  short sterilization time in 4 to 6 seconeds,  enhances product quality.
• - Superior sterilisation efficacy achieved through ultra-high temperature processes.
• - Compatible with centrifugal pumps and high-pressure homogenisers for diverse applications.
• - The working principle of this sterilizer is indirect heating, using high temperature to heat the material to the sterilization temperature (115~135℃), and then cooling it to below 65℃ through a heat exchanger.
• - Manual control allows adjustments of sterilisation and outflow temperatures.
• - Processing capacities range from 500L/L to 2000L/H.
