Single layer mixing tank

Stainless steel sanitary single layer mixing tanks are indispensable and important equipment in the production of  fruit drink, dairy, juice, mixing powder fruits flavor drink, and are designed to ensure product hygiene, safety and stable quality. 

Several types are commonly used:

1. Made of high-quality stainless steel materials (usually SUS304 or SUS316L grade), these tanks have extremely high corrosion resistance and good hygiene properties, and can effectively resist chemical erosion and microbial contamination that may be encountered during the production process.
2. Optional frame-type stirring blades, paddle-type, turbine-type dispersion disk, homogenizing emulsifier.
3. agitation methods range from fixed-speed stirring to speed-adjustable stirring, allowing for precise control over the mixing process depending on the product viscosity and desired outcome.
4. The size of these tanks can vary greatly, from small-scale mini (30 liters) tanks to large-capacity (2,000 liters) tanks.
