1. SUS304 stainless steel and food-grade material.
2. Delta PLC system and English man-machine visualization operation interface (Delta touch screen). The PLC is upgraded from DVP32EC to DVP60EC, that is, the original I/O=32 was upgraded to I/O=60.
3. The filling and sealing group is upgraded from 2 independent stations to 4 independent stations.
4. Unique anti-drip valve and filling nozzles design, no leaking filling, and save cost.
5. Unique sanitary pneumatic piston pump design. It improves the filling volume control accuracy by less than ±1%. BD1410B2→ BD1410B3 is upgraded from the original 2 sets 4 piston pump bodies are upgraded to 4 sets 2 piston pump bodies.
6. Adjustable filling volume.
7. Unique sealing part design, seal suitable location, firm, safety.
8. Reorganized functional modules, smaller, more independent, and easier to maintain.
9. On the basis of the original 2 mushroom push-button start switches, 4 sets of toggles are added, which is more convenient to operate and faster in production. Compared with before the upgrade, it can increase by 300-500 per hour (1 operator), and 800-1200 per hour (2 operators).
